For over 30 years UPB provides structural frames for buildings of all kinds. Our deep knowledge of steel and concrete products allows us to serve demanding projects. 
With a focus on high-rises, we provide prefabricated solutions for buildings of up to 40 floors.
 

At UPB we offer a wide range of precast products, including beams, columns, hollow core slabs, stairs and balconies, architectural concrete walls, GRC, UHPC concrete and others.
Our low-carbon product line, Reshape concrete, enables clinker substitution of up to 70%, significantly reducing the CO₂ footprint of concrete structures.

With a team of 130+ qualified engineers across various disciplines, we design efficient and durable steel and concrete structures that can be further developed into complex hybrid solutions by integrating timber elements such as glulam beams and other materials.

UPB offers a full range of services, from design and production to delivery and assembly on-site.
Our experts can also provide guidance on the best frame solutions by being involved in the project early-stage design. 

Our two modern and well-equipped production complexes, specializing in steel and concrete products, are located in Liepāja, Latvia.
