The first phase of the SPORTA 2 quarter will see the development of modern and flexible Class A office space spanning 12,300 m², designed to meet the demands of today's dynamic business environment. The first phase of the SPORTA 2 quarter is expected to be completed and commissioned by the end of 2028, with active use beginning in 2029.
