UPB company Stiklu Centrs joins the “Mission Zero” initiative

Stiklu Centrs, a company of the UPB and AILE Grupa, has joined the Mission Zero initiative to further strengthen its occupational health and safety culture. By signing the Mission Zero Charter, we join more than 175 companies and institutions in Latvia that share a common goal: to make health and safety core values in every aspect of their operations and in their interactions with society.

By joining Mission Zero, we commit to continuous learning, improving our processes and fostering open dialogue about safety. We recognise that a safe working environment does not happen by itself. It requires employees to be actively involved every day, to act responsibly and to identify risks before they lead to incidents.

It also means recognising that occupational health and safety are a shared responsibility at every level of the organisation and one of the core values across the entire UPB Group. This commitment shapes how we organise our daily work and make decisions.
