For the 32-storey residential tower ar Byng Street, UPB is delivering the full façade package - from design development and production to on-site installation.
Before moving into full-scale production, we created a visual (VMU) mock-up and carried out thorough performance testing (PMU) at the Reynaers Aluminium test centre in Belgium. The façade system successfully passed wind, water, air pressure and impact resistance tests, meeting all specified requirements for air and water permeability.
Kudos to the entire team for their work – once again demonstrating our ability to successfully deliver complex high-rise projects on an international scale.
