RESHAPE Concrete
RESHAPE Concrete (developed under the UPB RESHAPE brand) is our most ambitious step towards low-carbon construction- achieving up to 50% CO₂ reduction* without compromising on performance.
Developed by our scientists and product specialists, RESHAPE Concrete is the result of rethinking every stage of production – from technologies and recepies to material sourcing.
This year, our efforts have delivered remarkable results. For structural framework elements – columns, walls, beams, slabs, balconies, and stairs – the RESHAPE Concrete line now meets the Svensk Betong industry Level 4 standard, proving that substantial CO₂ reduction and structural reliability can go hand in hand.
What drives these results?
Up to 70% clinker substitution, achieved through the optimised use of ground granulated blast furnace slag (GGBS), fly ash, and silica fume. Each component is precisely balanced to ensure the same strength, durability, and visual quality as traditional concrete.
To make specification easier, RESHAPE Concrete is available in three CO₂-reduction levels, designed to meet varying project and environmental targets. More details coming soon.
