We would like to notify that in March 2015 changes have been made in the composition of the Board of AS “MB Betons grupa” companies. This will not cause any significant changes in the companies’ work, however, hereinafter the signatory rights will be held by the new Board Members in pairs.
Normunds Horsts, the former Chairman of the Board of AS “MB Betons grupa”, will continue working as the Chairman of the Council of AS “MB Betons grupa” and as the Council Member of AS “UPB”.
The new composition of the Board of companies is as follows:
SIA “Transportbetons MB”:
- Janis Metra – Chairman of the Board,
- Evija Sneberga – Board Member,
- Artis Janitis – Board Member.
SIA “Dzelzsbetons MB”:
- Ojars Jaksts – Chairman of the Board,
- Evija Sneberga – Board Member.
SIA “Daugavpils dzelzsbetons”:
- Ojars Jaksts – Chairman of the Board,
- Vladislavs Belevics – Board Member,
- Evija Sneberga– Board Member.
SIA “Inerto materiālu serviss”:
- Janis Metra – Chairman of the Board,
- Ojars Jaksts – Board Member,
- Evija Sneberga – Board Member.
AS “MB Betons”:
- Janis Metra – Chairman of the Board,
