RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development of modelling and design automation and data analysis scripts, including
- tool development for project wide quality data analysis (BIM, ERP, design data)
- tool development to automate model detailing
- development of parametric solutions for part and connection detailing
- tool development for data transfer from IFC to BIM models
- performance analysis and optimization of designs based on specific requirements
- Consulting on technical solutions: evaluating and selecting tools, software and processes to solve immediate project challenges
- Automation strategy direction planning, including participation in development of business strategy for design and modelling workflows
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in either of Engineering, Architecture or Computer Sciences
- Extensive experience working computationally with lists, complex data trees and geometric objects using Grasshopper – points, breps, planes etc
- Proven experience of developing non-trivial solutions with C# or Python
- Experience in solving computationally intensive tasks, optimizing them
- Knowledge of basic web front-end and back-end development PostgreSQL, Tekla OpenAPI, Revit, Dlubal RFEM is a plus
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment
- Required knowledge of basic data structures and algorithms to work efficiently with large data sets
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in both manual and software-assisted calculation and analysis, or the ability to quickly acquire such proficiency
- Exceptional organizational skills for handling multiple project assignments concurrently
- Aptitude for building trust and establishing productive working relationships with counterparts in various disciplines, whether co-located or working from different offices
- Effective communication skills across technical writing, emails, and verbal interactions
