Shopping and recreation center SĀGA with area of 57,000 m2 was built in just over a year. It is UPB Design&Build project, which means design and construction under a single contract with several benefits.
It should be mentioned that the main direction of the center is the creation of a “green building”, inviting visitors to choose more environmentally friendly habits at every step, reducing the consumption of energy and material resources throughout the life cycle of buildings. As UPB has extensive experience in the design and construction of green and sustainable projects, especially in Scandinavia, we are pleased with the green concept of the new shopping center.
