  • Undertake planning activities for project delivery - project programme, quality, financial, manufacturing, assembly, logistics and health & safety matters pertaining to the project
  • Lead the definition of project scope and deliverables, involving all relevant stakeholders
  • Facilitate communication between internal and external project teams, manage the relationship with the Client i.e., main contractor, consultant, developer and other stakeholders
  • Manage internal resources and third parties / sub-contractors
  • Manage changes to the project design, project scope, project schedule and impacts on project costs, communicate implications of changes with relevant stakeholders
  • Liaise with the project design team to ensure construction requirements, buildability and logistics issues are addressed in the design solutions
  • Coordinate manufacturing, logistics and assembly, including sub-contracting / procurement of all associated products and services relevant to the project
  • Ensure that all project deliverables are produced on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Ensure that all project and Client’s requirements are satisfied
  • Risk management (related to design, schedule, contractual, financial and procurement risks) communicate with the project team and plan for mitigation
  • Record all decisions and agreements made during the project life cycle incl. meetings, workshops and other communication
  • Prepare and organize project documentation and submittals
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Procedures and company quality policies


  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A university degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
  • Understanding of Prefabricated concrete facades and structures
  • Theoretical and practical knowledge of project management processes and workflows
  • Proficient English and good Latvian language skills
  • Capacity to manage stressful situations and make effective decisions under pressure
  • Driver’s license (B category)
